Court Determines 2023 Cheektowaga Property Assessments Were Legal

Daniel Spitzer was recently quoted in an article in The Buffalo News regarding property assessments in the town of Cheektowaga.

Dan represents the town in the case, where three property owners in Cheektowaga sued the town, alleging the method the town and its assessor used resulted in “inequitable and unfair” tax distribution.
