Jeffrey represents private and public sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. His practice includes federal and state wage and hour, worker misclassification, employment discrimination, workplace policy, arbitration, discipline and discharge, union avoidance, and unemployment insurance issues. His practice includes cases involving the New York State Department of Labor, the New York State Division of Human Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Public Employment Relations Board.

Jeffrey also counsels school districts and boards of education on various legal issues, such as student disciplinary matters, teacher disciplinary matters, labor relations matters, appeals before the Commissioner of Education, and the development and implementation of school district policies.
