Graham is a member of the firm’s Estates & Trusts Practice. He represents clients in estate and trust matters, including estate administration, tax advice, planning for complex estates, and cross-border matters, including planning for Canadian residents with U.S. property and beneficiaries.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Graham worked as a law clerk at a tax law-focused firm in Williamsville, New York, and at Western New York Law Center in Buffalo. For the latter, he also served as a paralegal and AmeriCorps Volunteers in Service to America participant.
