Kristen is an associate in Hodgson Russ’s Business Litigation Practice, where she assists clients involved in a variety of commercial disputes in both state and federal court and at the trial and appellate levels. Her experience includes intellectual property litigation, litigation involving non-compete provisions, and contract disputes, as well as federal criminal matters. Through Hodgson Russ’s partnership with the International Institute of Buffalo, she also assists human trafficking victims seek vacatur of trafficking-related convictions.

Before joining the firm, Kristen served as a law clerk to the Hon. Lawrence J. Vilardo in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. During law school, Kristen participated in Hodgson Russ’s Summer Associate Program and was a summer law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of New York. She also served as an Executive Publication Editor of the Buffalo Law Review. Kristen serves on the Board of Directors for Neighborhood Legal Services, Inc.
