Kristen is an associate in Hodgson Russ’s Business Litigation Practice, where she assists clients involved in a variety of commercial disputes. Her experience includes intellectual property litigation - trademark, patent and copyright - as well as federal criminal and federal contract litigation.
Immediately preceding her joining the firm, Kristen was law clerk to U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo. While in law school, Kristen participated in Hodgson Russ’s Summer Associate Program. She also served as law clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge, Leslie G. Foschio of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and as a summer law clerk for the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York. Kristen served as executive publication editor, Buffalo Law Review, while attending SUNY Buffalo Law School.
