Ethical Considerations for the Private and Public Engineer

Hodgson Russ LLP Senior Associate Henry A. Zomerfeld presented before the Niagara Frontier Section of the Air & Waste Management Association for its annual enrichment seminar on January 25, 2024, in Buffalo. His presentation was titled, “Ethical Considerations for the Private and Public Engineer.” Henry discussed the ethical obligations for engineers in New York with an overview of applicable ethical canons and legal authority governing engineers working in the private and public sectors. The presentation qualified for continuing education credits in ethics for both engineering professionals and attorneys. Michael Hecker, Hodgson Russ LLP partner and member of the Niagara Frontier Section seminar committee, introduced Henry.
