BUSINESS LITIGATION associate (PALM BEACH)

Experience: 4 to 6 years in commercial business litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with representing clients in all phases of commercial business litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, motion practice, trial and appeals.
  • At least one federal court Admission.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.

Experience: 6 to 9 years of experience in sophisticated estate planning and trusts matters. Experience in cross-border estate planning is a plus.
