BCES Global Established to Serve Rapidly Growing Demand for Professional Electrical Services Associated with Electrification of Everything

With a team led by partners George Eydt and Matt Cameron, Hodgson Russ acted for the sellers of Kroon Electric Corp., Bopat Electric Co., Inc., Sabino Electric, Inc., and Transworld, Inc., in connection with their respective sale to BCES Global, and the parallel investment in BCES Global by BDC Capital and an investor group led by serial entrepreneur George Fechter. The combined company are TEGG service contractors providing predictive, preventative maintenance programs and project upgrades for commercial, industrial and governmental customers in Ontario and Quebec, in Canada, and Arizona, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia in the United States.
