Hodgson Russ Attorneys Assist the NFTA in Obtaining U.S. Patent

George Snyder and Sam Kielar assisted the NFTA in obtaining a U.S. Patent for a new safety barrier installed between metro rail cars to prevent unsafe crossings between cars. George and Sam worked with NFTA attorney David State and engineers from the NFTA to prepare, file, and successfully prosecute the patent application. The invention is now installed between Buffalo Metro Rail cars.
