Talkin’ Tax: Tax Proposals in President Biden’s Fiscal Year 2022 Budget

On May 28, 2021, the White House published President Biden’s fiscal year 2022 Budget (“FY 2022 Budget”), which outlines the Administration’s tax reform proposals.  Concurrently, the U.S. Department of the Treasury released its “General Explanations of the Administration’s Fiscal Year 2022 Revenue Proposals” (the “Green Book”) detailing the Administration’s proposed changes.  While the changes outlined in the FY 2022 Budget and Green Book are simply proposals, with the likelihood of enactment of many proposals entirely uncertain, they do represent significant changes.  Please join us for an in-depth discussion of the tax reform proposals included in President Biden’s FY 2022 Budget and the implications to you, your clients, and/or your business.
