With moratorium still in place, Frankfort officials developing new solar project regulations

Dan Spitzer is working with members of the Town Council of Frankfort, NY, to formulate a new law that would dictate solar project regulations within the town. Last year, the town instated a project moratorium to institute a new law in place before lifting it. Successfully lifting the moratorium would be the first step toward allowing a developer to move ahead with a proposed community solar farm in the town. Read the entire article here.
