Retail Cannabis Dispensaries Get the Green Light in WNY

Patrick J. Hines was featured in a Buffalo News article after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit modified a November injunction, clearing the way for New York State to issue conditional adult-use retail cannabis dispensary licenses throughout the majority of the State.
