New Regions of New York State Open for Cannabis Retail Licenses

Patrick J. Hines was featured on Spectrum News 1 after the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit modified a November injunction, clearing the way for New York State to issue conditional adult-use retail cannabis dispensary licenses throughout the majority of the State.
