Hodgson Russ Partner Hugh M. Russ, III on the Setting of the Flight 3407 Trial Date

The Buffalo News, WGRZ, and YNN quote Hodgson Russ partner Hugh M. Russ, III in recent news reports that the 10 remaining Flight 3407 wrongful death lawsuits will go to trial March 4, 2014. Hugh serves as lead counsel for the plaintiffs.

"I'm happy. Obviously, we would have liked an earlier date, but I think March 4, 2014 is a realistic date, and we will work to get there,” Hugh is quoted as saying. “The families want their day in court, and they want that day sooner rather than later."

Flight 3407 crashed in Clarence Center, NY, on February 12, 2009, killing 50 people.
