Garry M. Graber Upstate Co-Chair of New NYSBA Real Property Section Committee

Garry M. Graber, a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP's Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Commercial Litigation Practice Group, was recently named upstate co-chair of the newly created Committee on Real Estate Workouts and Bankruptcy of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).

Mr. Graber has over 25 years of experience practicing bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, creditors' rights, financial services, and commercial and corporate litigation and general business law. He represents troubled business entities, their secured and unsecured creditors, and their shareholders and principals inside and outside of bankruptcy, as well as creditors' committees, equity committees, trustees, examiners, and purchasers in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings across the United States and in cross-border matters, primarily with Canada.

The NYSBA Real Property Section promotes the interests and welfare of the public and members of the bar in real property law. The Committee on Real Estate Workouts and Bankruptcy focuses on bankruptcy and alternatives to bankruptcy with respect to real property.
