Hodgson Russ Partner Yueh-Mei Kim Nutter Named Managing Partner of Florida Offices

Yueh-Mei Kim Nutter, a partner in Hodgson Russ LLP’s Florida Family & Marital and Business Litigation Practice Groups, has been named managing partner of the firm’s Florida offices, located in Boca Raton and Palm Beach. Ms. Nutter follows James M. Hankins as managing partner of the Florida offices. Mr. Hankins will continue to serve the firm’s clients as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate & Finance Practice Group.

Ms. Nutter concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation with a particular focus on family law. She is a Florida Supreme Court certified family mediator, and she has been certified by the Board of Legal Specialization and Education of the Florida Bar as a specialist in marital and family law. Ms. Nutter currently serves as co-chair of the Mediation Committee of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and chair of the Guardian Ad Litem Subcommittee of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. She is also a founding member of Collaborative Family Lawyers of South Florida, Inc.

Mr. Hankins has extensive experience in real estate law and condominium association work. He is certified by the Board of Legal Specialization and Education of the Florida Bar as a specialist in real estate law. He also practices in the areas of trust, corporate, charitable foundation, banking, and business law. A recipient of Florida Trend’s Legal Elite Award in 2005 and 2006, Mr. Hankins is active in various charitable and civic endeavors in the Boca Raton community. He currently serves as the president and trustee of the Harid Conservatory and the Sunburst Foundation.
