Paul M. Frank joins Hodgson Russ

Paul M. Frank has joined Hodgson Russ LLP as a partner in the Corporate & Securities and International/Cross-Border Practice Groups. He practices from the firm's New York office.

Mr. Frank counsels manufacturing, mining, cement, and other corporations on a wide range of corporate matters. His clients include major Latin American and European corporations operating in the United States, as well as American corporations. His experience includes representing U.S. companies in the mining and metals and food processing industries in Peru, Chile, and Honduras, and he served as counsel to the trade association of the tire and rubber industry and to several rubber industry shippers associations.

Mr. Frank also represents major nonprofit corporations, foundations, and tax-exempt organizations, and he advises fiduciaries, individuals, families, and charitable organizations on estates and trusts and wealth-planning issues.

He received an A.B. from Fordham University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Mr. Frank also studied at L'Institut d'Études Politiques in Paris.
