Jane Bello Burke Elected to New York State Bar Association House of Delegates

Hodgson Russ Partner Jane Bello Burke has been elected to the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) House of Delegates for the 2021-22 term. Jane will serve as a Delegate from the Third Judicial Department, which covers Albany and surrounding counties.

Jane is also the Incoming Chair of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Health Law Section, Chair of the Section's - Long Term Care Committee, and a Member-at-Large to the Sections Caucus of the NYSBA House of Delegates.

Jane counsels hospital systems, long-term care providers, and individual practitioners on a broad range of legal matters. She helps providers navigate the complex network of health care laws and regulations on matters relating to reimbursement, regulatory compliance, contracting, licensure, privacy, and other issues. She also represents providers in controversies before federal and state agencies.
