Valerie Stevens Named Hodgson Russ LLP’s New York City Managing Partner
Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to name Valerie E. Stevens as the managing partner of its New York City office. Valerie will lead that office and continue the firm’s commitment to exceptional client service and growth. She will also oversee the professional development of her colleagues and support their continued involvement in the New York and New Jersey communities where they work and live.

Valerie is an experienced corporate transactions attorney and will continue to advise clients on national and international middle market acquisition, divestiture, and joint venture transactions, as well as trade regulation and commercial matters. She is an alumnus of University of Toronto Law School and also holds an MPA from New York University. The firm’s other NYC-based attorneys include specialists in business litigation, intellectual property and technology, real estate and finance, state and local tax, labor and employment, and estates and trusts.
