Paul Comeau, Partner and Chairman Emeritus, is listed as a Super Lawyer for the 13th time. He splits his time between his tax practice and high-end estate planning, working with sophisticated clients and their advisors on cutting-edge solutions, often with state, federal or international tax benefits.

Mark S. Klein, Partner and Chairman of the Firm, is listed as a Super Lawyer. He concentrates his practice in New York State and New York City tax matters. Klein has more than 35 years of experience with federal, multistate, state and local taxation.

Charles H. Kaplan, Partner, has been named a Super Lawyer for the tenth consecutive year. He is a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice, and is recognized by Super Lawyers for his work in Employment Litigation: Defense. He also represents clients with labor and employment, and employee benefits issues.

Michael Hecker, Partner, is listed as a “Rising Star” for the eighth year in a row. He has a broad-based environmental and energy-related practice, with a focus on transactional matters, regulatory compliance counseling and permitting, administrative, civil, and criminal environmental defense, and remediation-based project oversight and assistance.
