Liz is a Senior Associate in Hodgson Russ's Corporate & Securities practice group. She is a member of the firm's Corporate & Business and Mergers & Acquisitions practices, representing domestic and international clients in a wide range of business transactions. Liz concentrates her practice on mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters. Her experience includes counseling businesses through complex corporate matters and private equity and strategic transactions across an array of industries.
Prior to rejoining Hodgson Russ, Liz was a Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions associate at an international AmLaw 50 law firm, where she represented clients in a variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and corporate governance on behalf of private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as public and private companies.
During law school, Liz interned for the Honorable William M. Skretny of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Before pursuing her legal career, she worked for a leading global talent agency in Los Angeles, providing her with a unique perspective on business operations and client service.
