Andrew Cegielski is a Law Clerk in the Business Litigation Practice at Hodgson Russ, where he supports attorneys in delivering strategic and results-driven legal services to clients engaged in complex commercial disputes.
He assists on matters involving breach of contract, business torts, shareholder disputes, restrictive covenants, products liability, and other high-stakes issues. Andrew also helps prepare materials for proceedings in state and federal courts and alternative dispute resolution forums such as arbitration and mediation.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Andrew was a summer associate with the firm. In addition, Andrew previously worked with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, the Erie County Bar Association’s Volunteer Lawyers Project, and the Office of the New York State Inspector General.
