Bryce Kelly is an associate in the Hodgson Russ Corporate & Business Practice. He represents domestic and international clients on a variety of business transactions and corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Hodgson Russ, Bryce was an associate at an Am Law 200 firm in New York City. He began his legal career as a judicial extern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and later supported the legal team at Raymond James Financial, Inc. on matters involving securities transactions and corporate compliance.
