
Chelsea assists the firm's Environment and Energy attorneys. Her work involves being responsible for discovery on pending litigation, including: document management and production; factual investigation and research; drafting and responding to subpoenas; managing and tracking the NYS Public Service Commission proceedings; and communicating with Government agencies on various matters including FOIL requests. She also tracks and reviews various filings on NYSCEF and NYSDMM for purposes of providing client and in house updates. Chelsea is a graduate of the Daemen University ABA-approved Paralegal Studies Bachelor of Science program. She previously worked at another law firm in Buffalo as a paralegal.
