
Daniel Troy is a Fall Associate/Law Clerk in the firm's Litigation Practice. He assists attorneys representing clients in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Daniel completed an internship with a prominent New York-based personal injury law firm, where he performed legal research and drafted documents for personal injury and medical malpractice cases. He also attended depositions, conferences, and other court proceedings.
During law school, Daniel served as an intern for Justice David Sullivan of the New York State Supreme Court, assisting with legal research and writing. He was also a Student Fellow at the Georgetown Center for the Constitution and previously interned in the Office of Congressman Lee Zeldin, where he assisted with constituent matters and public policy research.
