David Panzarella is an associate in the Business Litigation Practice at Hodgson Russ, where he represents domestic and international clients across a range of industries. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including shareholder litigation, construction matters, government investigations, and business torts. David also advises clients on complex products liability and bet-the-company tort matters.
David represents clients in both state and federal courts, guiding them from pre-litigation strategy through trial and appeal.
Prior to entering the private practice of law, David served as a law clerk to the Hon. Andrea L. Hertzfeld, Associate Judge of the District of Columbia Superior Court, and to the Hon. Elizabeth A. Wolford, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
