David Panzarella is an associate in the Business Litigation Practice at Hodgson Russ, where he represents domestic and international clients across a range of industries. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including shareholder litigation, construction matters, government investigations, and business torts.
David represents clients in both state and federal courts, guiding them from pre-litigation strategy through trial and appeal. He has significant experience handling cases involving misappropriation of trade secrets, partnership disputes, commercial contracts, construction disputes, shareholder derivative litigation, and other high-stakes business issues.
