Emily Petermann is a Law Clerk in the firm's Environment & Energy Practice. She assists in counseling clients on a myriad of environmental and energy regulatory, compliance, transactional, and development matters.

During law school, Emily served as a judicial intern to Hon. Joseph Marutollo of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She also worked as a research assistant and Land Use Scholar at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she focused on environmental and land use issues.
