
Madeline Miller is a law clerk in the Employee Benefits Practice at Hodgson Russ, where she assists attorneys with the design, implementation, and compliance of clients’ retirement, welfare, executive compensation, and fringe benefit plans.
She contributes to matters involving 409A, 280G, 162(m), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 401(k) and other tax-qualified retirement plans, the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
While in law school, Madeline assisted Legal Services of the Hudson Valley on an amicus brief for the Supreme Court case Tyler v. Hennepin County and interned with Superior Court Judge Darren T. DiBiasi in the Chancery Division of Bergen County, New Jersey.
