Rani Patel is a law clerk in the Hodgson Russ Real Estate Practice, where she supports attorneys in delivering comprehensive legal services related to real estate development and leasing. Her work includes legal research, document preparation, review of purchase and sale agreements, and assistance with lease negotiations and development transactions.
Before joining Hodgson Russ through the firm’s Summer Associate Program. She also developed a practical understanding of the real estate industry, particularly hotel transactions, through close exposure to her family's business.
