Ross Herman is an associate in the Real Estate & Finance Practices at Hodgson Russ, where he represents clients in a range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing transactions, property ownership and development, and related corporate matters. He also has experience supporting real estate brokerage and leasing matters, as well as legal work across corporate and litigation contexts.
Prior to joining the firm, Ross worked for a mid-size firm in New York City where he gained experience handling commercial and residential transactions from contract through closing, drafting and reviewing real estate and corporate documents, and advising clients on ownership and partnership matters.
