Sneha Varadarajan is a Fall Associate/Law Clerk in the firm's Corporate & Business Practice. She assists attorneys representing clients in business transactions, general corporate matters and negotiating commercial contracts.
Before joining Hodgson Russ, she was a summer associate with the firm and served as a Legal Intern with an asset management firm in Toronto, where she conducted legal research and assisted in drafting commercial and corporate documents. She also served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy of the Madras High Court in Chennai, India.
