Zachary Anne is a Law Clerk in the Labor & Employment Practice at Hodgson Russ, where he supports attorneys in delivering strategic legal counsel to management-side clients.
He assists attorneys in counseling clients on a range of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination, union relations, wage and hour compliance, and workplace policies. Zachary also helps prepare materials for administrative proceedings and litigation before agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and various state and federal courts.
Before joining Hodgson Russ, Zachary gained diverse legal experience through internships and externships in both public and private sectors, including Arizona State University’s Office of General Counsel, the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office, a sports marketing firm, and a mobility technology company.
