Zachary is an associate in the Business Litigation Practice at Hodgson Russ, where he represents clients in complex business disputes, including bankruptcy proceedings, employment litigation, and other civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Zachary clerked for the Hon. Lawrence J. Vilardo of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, where he managed a substantial civil docket and assisted in preparing bench memoranda and judicial opinions on issues including civil rights, immigration, and bankruptcy law. 

Before his clerkship, Zachary was an associate at a New York City law firm, where he worked on complex commercial matters, bankruptcy litigation, and financial services disputes. His experience included briefing dispositive motions, preparing legal analyses involving commodities fraud and cryptocurrency-related claims, managing discovery processes, and supporting trial and deposition preparation.

During law school, Zachary served as a student attorney with Georgetown University Law Center's Center for Applied Legal Studies, where he represented an asylum seeker in federal immigration proceedings. He also gained litigation experience prior to law school as a paralegal at a large international law firm, supporting employment litigation and government investigation matters.
