Alejandro V. Ocasio

Alejandro Ocasio is a law clerk in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice where he aids firm clients in a broad range of litigation matters. He has experience with intellectual property, white collar criminal, civil rights, and commercial business disputes.

Before attending law school, Alejandro was a member of the Philadelphia Ballet, and successfully assisted in negotiating a new collective bargaining agreement.

During law school, Alejandro competed on behalf the University at Buffalo School of Law’s trial and appellate advocacy teams. He competed in the Desmond Moot Court Competition, and at trial competitions hosted by the South Texas College of Law, Syracuse University College of Law, and Quinnipiac University School of Law. Alejandro was also writing fellow at the University at Buffalo School of Law.

Prior to graduation, Alejandro was a law clerk for the Erie County District Attorney’s Office Felony Bureau and a summer associate at Hodgson Russ.
