As a paralegal in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, Blair has extensive experience in all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution matters. Her responsibilities include coordinating with attorneys regarding administrative filings, docket planning, and workflow management. She prepares and files formalities documents, oversees prior art disclosure records, and oversees collection of inventor signature and ownership documents. Blair also coordinates with foreign counsel regarding various prosecution matters and handles the legalization of formal documents.
