Bridget is a Renewable Energy Project Manager in the Real Estate & Finance Practice. She organizes and manages due diligence and closing requirements for single-site and utility-scale renewable energy projects, assists attorneys with review and negotiation of title insurance and communicates with clients regarding project status and curative requirements.
Bridget’s legal career began with Hodgson Russ where she spent several years as a Commercial Real Estate and Finance Paralegal ordering and reviewing title, survey, lien searches, and corporate searches and preparing documents in connection with residential real estate, commercial real estate and financing transactions.
Prior to becoming a Project Manager, Bridget worked in operations for a number of years at a large bank where she assisted various departments in analyzing mortgage-related legal matters.
