Elizabeth G. Costello

Liz is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business and Mergers & Acquisitions Practices.  She represents domestic and international clients on a variety of business transactions and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Liz was a corporate and business associate for a Buffalo law firm where she worked on mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of commercial transactions.

During law school, Liz interned for the Honorable William M. Skretny in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.  Prior to attending law school, Liz worked for a leading global talent agency in Los Angeles.
