Frank C. Sarratori

Frank’s extensive experience as a bank attorney and Corporate Executive has provided him with a diverse and multifaceted skill set.  Frank has 32 years of experience in real estate matters including asset- and mortgage-based matters, bonds, construction and acquisition transactions, commercial development, commercial leasing, including ground lease matters and financing. Frank acts as examining counsel for title insurance companies and builds upon his extensive years of real property title review to focus the foundation of his overall real estate practice.  Frank represents clients in the purchase, sale, development, and leasing of commercial properties.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Frank was an Executive for a bank and was responsible for all legal and operational matters on a daily basis.  Frank’s broad experience includes public and private financing; banking regulatory compliance, both Federal and NY State; corporate governance, including public and private board governance and the creation of governance policies; public offerings and shareholder meetings; mergers and acquisitions; risk management; regulatory compliance; information security; emergency preparedness and response management; information technology; vendor management; and internal audit controls.
