Janet Tasigianis

Janet is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice. She represents domestic and international clients on a variety of transactional and corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She also regularly advises clients in connection with corporate governance, reorganizations, joint ventures, and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Janet was an associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP where she focused her practice on mergers and acquisitions.

Janet graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City with a Business Law concentration. While in law school, Janet interned at LVMH Inc. (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton), J.Crew Group, Inc., and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
