Jennifer S. Shelton

Jennifer Shelton is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice. She assists in counseling firm clients on a variety of business transactions and general corporate matters.

During law school, Jennifer participated in the firm’s summer associate program and clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Western District of New York. She also served as a writing and teaching fellow, assisting law students in their legal writing and doctrinal classes.

Before attending law school, Jennifer had a successful career in rapid response communications for a think tank in Washington, D.C.
