Rebecca A. Friedman

Rebecca (Becka) has worked with attorneys for over ten years. Prior to joining Hodgson Russ LLP, she most recently worked with a corporate service company. She has extensive knowledge of the documents and procedures involved with forming LLCs and corporations in all 50 states, along with the various annual and biennial requirements that follow. In addition, she has experience with any number of other corporate filings including, but not limited to, amendments, qualifications in foreign states, mergers and conversions, and dissolutions. Further, she is well-versed with legal advertisements and multiple IRS forms, including EIN applications and S-elections. In working with corporate clients, she has also assisted in maintaining corporate record books and in addressing any deficiencies.
