Tammy A. Wrisley

Senior Paralegal

Tammy has been a paralegal in the Immigration Practice since 1997. Her experience includes preparing and filing nonimmigrant petitions in the L-1, H-1B, and TN categories, as well as employment-based preference petitions for outstanding researchers and multinational managers and executives. Tammy has extensive experience in the preparation of relative-based cases. She also works extensively on permanent residence applications via consular processing and adjustment of status. She maintains a strong working knowledge of the various procedures at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services district offices, service centers, and ports-of-entry, as well as procedures and policies at U.S. consular offices around the world.
