Teresa A. Mesi

Teresa, who has worked in the field of U.S. immigration since 1995, assists the attorneys in the Immigration Practice with the preparation and filing of nonimmigrant cases in the L-1, TN, H-1B and E-1/E-2 categories. She also assists in the preparation of employment-based immigrant petitions for multinational managers and executives as well as PERM-based permanent residence petitions in the EB-2 and EB-3 categories.

On the family side, Teresa assists in the preparation of relative-based permanent residence cases that are processed either via adjustment of status or at overseas U.S. consulates.

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Teresa gained experience with applications for naturalization as well as applications for waivers of inadmissibility to the U.S.
