Topics to be discussed:
• Review of decisions involving privilege and Kovel accountants.
• Post data-breach litigation lessons learned and to be applied.
• Examination and discussion of hypotheticals involving privilege protection issues.
Who should attend: This program is appropriate for both CPAs in their normal practice, as well as CPAs who serve in a Kovel capacity to assist attorneys. A working knowledge of Kovel would be helpful but is not required.
