Cannabis Issues That Will Affect the Municipalities 

Hodgson Russ attorneys Patrick Hines, Henry Zomerfeld, and Jeffrey Swiatek recently presented to the Association of Erie County Governments on cannabis issues in the municipal context. During the presentation, Patrick provided an overview of the cannabis industry and the New York Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act ("MRTA"), Henry presented on zoning and code enforcement issues related to cannabis and MRTA, and Jeffrey provided an overview on employment issues related to cannabis and MRTA.
