Reetuparna Dutta Named to Buffalo Business First Class of 2022 “40 Under 40”

Hodgson Russ Partner Reetuparna (Reena) Dutta has been named to the Buffalo Business First “Class of 2022: 40 Under 40.” The awards recognize 40 men and women who are under the age of 40, who are successful in their professions and also heavily involved in their communities. Reena was selected from more than 250 nominees.

Reena joined Hodgson Russ in 2008 and became a partner in 2017. She specializes in white collar criminal defense and has extensive experience representing clients in connection with civil and criminal government investigations and prosecutions. Reena is a co-leader for three practices within Hodgson Russ: False Claims Act & Whistleblower Representation, Financial Institution Subpoena Compliance, and Food & Beverage.

She is listed in the Best Lawyers in America rankings (2022-2023) and Upstate New York Super Lawyers (2020-2022). Reena was also named to the United States District Court for the Western District of New York Pro Bono Honor Roll (2022).

In her free time, she serves on the board of directors for both the Erie County Bar Association and the United Way.
