Hodgson Russ LLP Attorney Named to Buffalo Business First “Class of 2023: 30 Under 30”

Hodgson Russ LLP is pleased to announce one of its attorneys, Fallon E. Martin, has been named to the Buffalo Business First “Class of 2023: 30 Under 30.” The award identifies young professionals who are achieving excellence early in their careers, and making a difference in their communities.

Fallon is an attorney in the firm’s nationally recognized Business Litigation Practice. She assists clients with intellectual property litigation, commercial disputes, white-collar criminal defense, and products liability. In addition, Fallon is a member of the firm’s Cannabis & Hemp Practice, for which she has co-authored articles for national publications, including Law360.

An alumna of the University at Buffalo School of Law, Fallon is admitted to practice law in New York; New Jersey; and the United States District Court, Western District of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association; Erie County Bar Association; the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, Western New York Chapter; and the Defense Research Institute.

When she is not working for clients, Fallon takes great pride in serving her community. She is an executive member of the NativityMiguel Middle School of Buffalo’s Junior Board and a member the BISON Children’s Scholarship Fund’s President’s Council. In addition, Fallon volunteers with a variety of organizations such as “Girls Rule the Law” and the “Women’s Bar Association of WNY.”
