Land Use Leadership Alliance Training Program
Hodgson Russ attorneys Amy D'Ambrogio, Henry Zomerfeld, Matt Liponis, and Dan Spitzer presented to local government officials at the Land Use Leadership Alliance Training Program on Clean Energy, which was held in Batavia and Watertown. Amy and Henry presented on PILOTs, host community benefit agreements, and other property tax matters, while Matt and Dan discussed the public utility variance standard and zoning best practices. The program was sponsored by firm client NYSERDA and put together by the Pace University Law School Land Use Center.
