Through her time working with the federal government, Jennifer developed a deep commitment to upholding legal integrity while navigating the complexities of federal healthcare law. She uses that knowledge to guide clients through the intricate landscape of healthcare laws and regulations, enabling them to focus on patient care, using her experience to advise a wide range of healthcare providers on complex regulatory, reimbursement, transactional, litigation, and compliance issues.
Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Jennifer served in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and worked on critical areas such as:

- Federal Tort Claims Act
- HIPAA privacy regulations
