Annmarie L. Staniszewski

Annmarie is a paralegal in the Project Finance and Municipal Finance & Special Districts Practices. She has experience in providing professional support to the attorneys in the general obligation bond working group, including preparation and production of closing transcripts of proceedings and related documentation, generation of required IRS forms, assistance with post-closing activities, and assistance with the preparation of various bond resolutions and propositions handled by the firm. Annmarie also assists attorneys with the drafting of standard conveyancing documents and maintenance of due diligence checklist items.
