Rich is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice and is based in its New York City office. He has a broad-based commercial real estate practice and has led purchase, sale, financing, and leasing transactions of commercial property throughout the United States. Rich counsels a diverse set of clients, from Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and financial services companies to retailers and family offices. He is also a trusted advisor to over a dozen real estate entrepreneurs in New York, his hometown Philadelphia, and elsewhere in almost all matters affecting their business. 

Prior to joining Hodgson Russ, Rich practiced real estate with established firms in New York City and Philadelphia.

  • Represented regional landlord in lease with anchor tenant supermarket
